Her career spans pharmacy operations, managed care, and clinical strategy, with senior leadership experience across some of the most innovative organizations in the industry. She knows how to build programs that work, compliantly, efficiently, and at scale.

But the more she grew in her career, the more she recognized a quiet, persistent gap. Care environments were being shaped by outdated institutional norms rather than the people living in them. Dignity was an afterthought. Autonomy was overlooked. And the lives being lived inside those walls deserved so much more.

She founded The Dragonfly House because she believes that how you care for someone is how you honor them. That belief shows up in every home she manages, every decision she makes, and every standard she holds.

Administrator & Director of Marketing

Samantha Bryant serves as the Administrator and Director of Marketing at The Dragonfly House, where she supports daily operations while leading the home’s outreach and communication efforts. With a background in healthcare as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and advanced education in Media Design and Communication, she brings a balanced approach that blends compassionate care with clear, effective communication.

She works closely with residents’ loved ones, healthcare partners, and referral sources to ensure a smooth, supportive experience from first contact through ongoing care. Samantha is committed to building trust through transparency, consistency, and genuine connection, helping those she serves feel confident and supported in every step of the care journey.

In her marketing role, she shapes the voice and presence of The Dragonfly House, sharing its mission in a way that is warm, approachable, and grounded in real care. Her focus is not just on growth, but on creating meaningful connections and ensuring every individual connected to the home feels seen, heard, and valued.
